I was taking a shower and my fitbit screen started doing a squiggly screen, it started acting funny. Screen became jumbled and then just died. I took it off, waited a couple of days hoping it would come back on and nothing. I have tried restarting it and it won't restart, it just continuously vibrates when I try to restart it. Can You please help? I purchased it in May of 2019..

Have you tried restarting with the cable?
1.Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
5.Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

I have tried restarting it as stated in the original post.
Now there is no screen at all. Not even the smiley face works. 😞

If that's the case, you probably should contact customer support to open a case for a replacement.
