Blank Screen where my Charge 2 is still syncing/working. Screen is dead.
I can confirm, I have tried a soft reset (a restart). I cannot do a full reset as I cannot see the screen.
I'm hoping you can help me - keen to get my Fitbit back working 😞

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen and thank you for restarting it. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so please keep working with the team to find a solution.
