Blank Screen on Charge 3

My screen is blank, have trouble shot with reset recommendations and screen still very dim rendering this useless as a watch. Fortunately not having syncing issues. This Fitbit Charge 3 always seems to have issues around this time of year...more money! :money_bag: Buy a new one is the support solution with a paltry 15% discount...No thanks!

I understand how you feel with this situation. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.

 

Also you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
