Hi, I am having more charge 3 wrist band problems. The original band broke with mild use and I finally replaced it with a web band. Now this band detaches from the watch. I have tried cleaning the connections but it still falls off. I have taken to either using duct tape or a sports band over top so I don’t loose it. I tried customer service about the problem but they had no resolution, said I would be given a link to evaluate the help but instead I was cut off. I am not impressed with the design flaws of the Fitbit in which the original band breaks just after the warranty then eventually the band and watch can not maintain the connection. I know they just want you to purchase a new watch but this still works aside from the band connections on the band and watch. Why can they not create a design with band connectors that do not eventually degrade making the watch useless. This also creates more waste.
