Blank Screen on charge 3

My screen on my charge 3 went blank today. It vibrates and stills syncs but that is it. When I plug in to charge it, the battery doesn't show up. I have tried resetting it with the 8 second reset and the hard reset of the 15 second reset and nothing has worked. I have also tried changing the clock setting, as I read in forums this works as well, and still nothing.

I have the same problem .  My screen also showed some weird text that I couldn’t read and a battery symbol that was empty even though it is changed

Same here, 2 resets and still nothing on screen, syncs ok though

Same here, resets but nothing on screen
