you sent me a replacement charge 3. I originally had the rose gold one, you sent a black one which I wasn't bothered about but it has also stopped giving information when it's tapped. I've tried changing the clock face several times and it works for a few times but that's it. Any idea what I should do?

Hi @LKJ76, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 doesn't turn on when tapped. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have the same problem with screen not responding to tapping. I have rebooted my Charge 3 but tapping still not working or turning wrist to switch on screen. Watching this for help.
