Have tried the long restart multiple times and changed the clock face twice and nothing. And guess what, 3 months passed its warranty!! I don’t have a Twitter account and cannot find a good old fashioned email address. Any suggestions how I can contact customer support from the UK?

Thanks but neither online chat not email option is there when you “click for contact options” just back to the Twitter! Will try phoning Monday
