My Fitbit charge 3 has a blank screen.  I tried the standard restart with the charger attached and holding button for 8 secs and then changing watch face but all with no luck!  Anyone have any other ideas?

My fitbit charge 3 is only a few months old.  It now has a blank screen but is vibrating.  I restarted it on charge, which worked ok, however once I take it off charge the screen goes blank and stays blank, please help
