Hi,
I have an 18 month old Charge 3 HR and yesterday the screen went blank. When you press the side button the fitbit vibrates vibrates for as long as you hold the button down.
I've tried to soft reset it but it makes no difference.
I cant seem to find how to do a hard reset without accessing the screen, any ideas?
The fitbit no longer communicates with any bluetooth device that it was paired with and it hasn't been exposed to water.

I am having exactly the same problem, only my fitbit is only 15 months old and I swim regularly. This problem started two days ago, when stats viewed on my phone it shows no charge.

Hi I have a charge 3 and two nights ago the screen went blank but it was still communicating with the app on my phone. The next morning I got half a screen and the other half fuzzy pixelated lines. It then went blank again. I’ve charged it and tried the soft reset but no difference. Advice pls. Is it faulty or is the software faulty 🤷:female_sign: TIA
ps. This device is only 11 months old
