Blank screen after initial set up. I have tried restarting the device multiple times and changing the clock face. Nothing. App constantly says there is a firmware update which I have run multiple times. Even restarted my phone but nothing changes. Seems to be a very common problem running for a couple of years now. Not inspiring for my first fitbit. Any help greatly appreciated

I’ve got the same thing, blank screen. I’ve had my Fitbit since last Mother’s Day. After updating it the screen went blank. The 15 second long hold off worked initially but then the screen went blank again. This bug has been an issue for quite some time from what I’ve read in this forum. I don’t understand why it hasn’t been fixed yet??

From what I can gather they have a new one out so why bother? I had only had this one for an hour before it messed up. Contacted online chat help and they are sending me a new one. Best to get on it as soon as you can. I think there should be a help link at the bottom of every page
