Hi, My Fitbit has worked well for the last year, suddenly a few days ago my screen was all white dots in funny shapes and now is completely black. Is there anything I can do? Are there updates?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen not working. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.
