My Fitbit has a black screen, no vibration or anything. The sensor on the back still appears to be working. I’ve tried the rest, this hasn’t worked. Any tips would be great.

Try a Long Restart:
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Connect the device to the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
The device turns off.
The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Thank you.
I have tried the restart. No luck.
maybe it just broken. It just stopped out of the blue, was just hopeful that it’s had just died.

My screen was blank for two days. Recharged, got vibrations when side button pressed but screen still blank. Reconnected to charger, pressed side button. Nothing. Then I tapped screen two times and screen came on showing time and date. Working fine now but not sure why. Somehow tapping screen twice brought screen alive. Makes no sense but worth a try.

Thank you.
I got a smily face today, before it went blank again. I’ve left on charge. Hopefully it’s a sign that it’s going to come back to full working order.
