The screen went blank on my Charge 3 three days ago. It is still monitoring my steps, fitness and sleep, but does not display on the watch.
I have read the forums and have tried holding the button for 8 seconds, connecting to a charger and holding for 15 seconds and changing the clock face and nothing is working.
Is there anything else that I can do?

Yes, this has happened to me. I didn’t know about pressing the button. It just magically started working a few hours later. On the app, everything was tracked, but I missed being able to track in swim mode when I was at the gym. I tried connecting to the charger, but that didn’t help. I hope it was a bug that Fitbit repaired. Sorry that I don’t have a solution, but I feel if we don’t post about the problems, Fitbit won’t know to look into it. It happened to me about 3 times for no apparent reason, and the screen was blank for several hours.

I'm glad that at least yours is working. Apparently, pressing the button for a few seconds restarts it too, so you know if it happens again. I am hoping that someone will be able to find a solution for me too.
