Last few days my screen has gone blank but still works. Please help

I'm having the same problem. Lights are on in back and it vibrates for notifications and I can see data on the app, but nothing on screen. I have tried restarting numerous times with no luck.

Yeah I am having the same issue and after talking with support they are willing to give me a 25% off discount. But this was not a issue until the recent firmware update.

I am having the same issue. Started happening a few days ago. I also believe it nay have to do with the firmware
upgrade.
