Fully charged Charge 2; blank screen after 5 inutes. I recharged to no avail. I have cleaned out the back as I have seen suggested. Are there any more tips to reset it or something please? I thought I had seen something on here but cannot find it. Please help. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. They did but contact me. I contacted them. They were no hello actually. The man said he did not know of this problem, even when I said that a few people had a similar issue on The community.
All he did was offer me a 25% discount on a new oneWhich at the price that came up on their promo was £6 less than all the major stores. I was a little disappointed as I had to buy another. They don’t sell Charge 2 now and Charge 4 was excluded from the ‘offer’.

Hi Ricardo,

apologies for the predictive spelling errors in my last post - done on the phone which is small!

My watch was out of warranty. The new one looks ok; it arrived today so I shall see what it is like. It is a shame that the charger fitting is different as it would have been useful to have had one upstairs and one downstairs, but that is modern technology and business for you.  Thanks for your interest.
