I just updated the Fitbit app. I then tried syncing my Charge 2 and now it’s saying the Charge 2 is not compatible with the app and that I need to update the app (which I just did). I now cannot sync my data. Anyone know how to fix that or will I have to wait for the next update again?!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
