For past 2 days my iPad keeps saying unable to connect by Bluetooth to my charge 2 saying checks it is nearby and turned on. It’s both! Any thoughts?

Hello @Markatherton thanks for bringing this to my attention, it's a pleasure to assist you with your inquiry and to give you a warm welcome to the Community Forums!

Seems odd that you're unable to connect your iPad Bluetooth with your Fitbit Charge 2. That said, please make sure that there's no other Bluetooth device connected to your phone or nearby. (Headphones, keyboards, etc.). Also, please follow the below steps,

  1. Restart your Charge 2
  2. Please on the phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and remove all the connections that exist with the device. (Forget device, ignore or unpair depending on the version of the operating system of the phone)
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth and restart the phone.
  4. When the iPad is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again but do not attempt to connect to the Fitbit from here.
  5. Go on the app and try setting up the Charge 2 as a new device.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be here.

Hi, I've got the same problem but with a new device. I cannot pair my phone Huawei P9 Lite with my FitBit Charge 2. I'm using app on my phone to do it, unpaired all the other deviced connected with my phone, restarted my phone as well as the FitBit...

It still doesn't connect.

What else can I do?
