Bluetooth problem

We tried it from 3 different android devices. Any of them could see the charge 2. What can i do to charge's bluetooth.

What is your question @erknersci or should I ask, what are you trying to do? 

What type of error does the Fitbit app give you? 

If you are on the phones Bluetooth settings page, you will not be able to see the Charge 2 since you can not switch the charge 2 to pair.

I also have problems. My tracker is also not seen by Bluetooth. What do I have to do?

@Jeanie_Beanie where you able to install the Fitbit app? 

@HenkKleinjan your not suppose to see the tracker through the phones Bluetooth until after the for it all has paired the tracker to the phone. If your having problems syncing or setting up than yes the tracker should be removed from the list of trusted Bluetooth devices. 

May I ask what the issue is and if the Fitbit app gives you an error message?
