Hi all,
I have this Charge 2 that's been sleeping in my stuff for six years, today I tried it and I am able to go through every step, except when the device is saved in the FitBit app it offers me to update the tracker, but that fails. I've tried everything, but the device can't be turned on.
Any ideas ?

I can get a bit further with mine through the menu; there are conditions to accept and then the app tries to update the watch. Then a notification confirms on the phone that the update is successful, just before the app says it wasn't (it offers to try again). Trying again yields the same result (success notification and failure message in the app), and the update notice remains visible in the app.
The watch (charger 2) syncs fine otherwise, I just can't seem to update it.
