Broken bands

I noticed my fitbit charge 2 band just went off from my wrist. After I studied it, soon I reliased it was just broken, the plastic hooked just snapped.

I always cared and never used it for any extreme sport. It was just purchased a year ago.

I think I saw a post, someone has had this issue too. Is this common Fitbit issue?

I reckon this watch has a short durability, in comparisson to Samsung smart watch. My friend has it for three years with no band issue or any other issue.

Fitbit, what your solution to this? I dont want to purchase the bands and then encounter the same issue again!

See Broken band?

If yours is out of warranty, you can purchase bands at the Fitbit store here, or Amazon sells a wide variety of third-party bands at reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
