Broken clock

The clock on my Fitbit isn't working and I don't know how to change it. I can't just tap on my Fitbit watch and get the option to change the time. I don't think my Fitbit is even synced to a device, whenever I try it says to try again and that the device is not found. How do I make my Charge HR findable? It is honestly kind of annoying that I go through all of this just to fix my clock. I have checked articles, surfed the internet, tried to contact help on Twitter and yet I find nothing useful. Please help me!

Nevermind, I just bought a new watch for 50 cents at a yard sale. It isn't a Fitbit but it acts exactly as if it were one. The time was broken on that too, but I fixed it!

I am trying to change the clock on my Fitbit but it won't let me, it is black with a very small screen and it looks like a charge or a charge HR. I don't even know how to sync my Fitbit so I can change my clock.

"The clock on my Fitbit isn't working"

Could you please be more specific?  "Isn't working" could include no display, display distorted, not showing data you expect, wrong time, ...

If you want a different clock face, you do not have that  option on Charge HR.

If you mean that the time is wrong, it gets the time from your phone or other sync device when it syncs. If this tracker is just new to you, see:

How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Sorry about that, what I mean is that when I found my old Fitbit it turned on and showed that it was January 5th and it was like 40 minutes off. Also, I plugged it in and I don't think it ever charged. I don't know how to turn the Bluetooth on/sync it and whenever I try to it asks me to sync my Charge HR with Bluetooth, I don't know how to turn it on or how to activate it on my Charge HR. I am fairly sure that Bluetooth doesn't work on my PC, but I had tried to do it on my phone also, which didn't work out. Thanks for replying!

If your tracker is charged, bluetooth is always on.  But you need bluetooth on phone also.  If you had it set up before on phone, see if that still works.  If not see my link to setup instructions.
