Mine did exactly the same. It looked like long lines going down the face. I contacted Fitbit and they sent a replacement under warranty although it isn’t brand new. It’s reconditioned. I think it’s a swizz personally. What’s the point of having a warranty when they don’t replace for a new product. That’s like taking a car in for warranty work and the garage put second hand parts on your car.
