I haven't used my Fitbit Charge 2 for a while. I am wearing it now and it is working except the time is wrong.
I restarted it by holding the button until it vibrated. Date is correct, time is still wrong, off by 3 minutes.
I am looking at the Fitbit Dashboard on my computer. It seems to recognize me and says at the top that I haven't synced lately (since Jan 2). The "Need help?" is not helpful. Reloading the page doesn't help.
On my computer, my Fitbit is listed under my Bluetooth devices and is paired. But there is no option to sync.
Please help...thanks.

Never mind. I went on my iphone and managed to get the Fitbit app to sync. That caused my computer to sync too. And the time is now correct.
