Had a buggy Charge 4. Took several iterations of going back and forth with customer service. They finally replaced it in February.
I’ve used the replacement unit for 4 months and two days ago, after several weeks of not holding a charge, the top strap connector broke off.
I’ve contacted customer service and they’ve offered a 35% discount on a replacement device. Between two units I haven’t gotten a year of use out of the Charge 4. I’m someone who uses my device religiously when it’s working so this is inconvenient, less about the money and more about the principle.
A quick scan of the help topics shows that I’m far from the only person with this issue. Why are you still selling a unit that breaks after a few months?
