I've had an incident this morning, I reached into the door tray in my car door, caught my Charge 4 on the edge and the connector on yhe watch snapped completely off the mainbody of the Fitbit, so I won't be able to just fit a spare strap. Is there any repair possible?

Hi @Hammer66 there are no repairs, but Amazon carries bands which encompass the pebble portion of the Charge 4, so you could still use your device. It's called a protective cover, if you want to check it out.

I was in strapping my band and it completely broke apart from the band and the connector broke off from the device. Let me know what you find out if you don’t mind. Not sure where to turn for a repair.

Hi @Volley8 check my post above yours - there are no repairs for these devices. There are some repair places online, but it could cost you more than the price of a protective cover band, as I mentioned above.

Try an encasing wristband like this: https://www.amazon.com/Jiarusig-Compatible-Silicone-Replacement-Wristband/dp/B09N283XYQ/ref=cm_cr_ar...
You will no longer have to worry about the contact snapping or becoming to loose to hold the band.
