I use and Charge 2 and an android phone.
I woke up in the middle of the night after 3 hours sleep and went to the bathroom. While up my phone calculated a sleep score of 38 . I returned to bed and slept another four hours. While all this sleep was recorded and categorized - the app did not revise my sleep score. I note it's done this a few times.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? Also, when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? Please make sure that the Android version of your mobile device and the Fitbit app are up to date.

The same thing happens to me as well. This happens consistently. I have an Inspire 2 and a Google Pixel 2 XL running the latest Android.
