Hi,

I have a Fitbit HR that I bought in 2016. I had stopped using it for several years and just recently charged it up and was able to see HR which is what I needed. The problem is that the button while clicking will not do anything. So I cannot reset it to try and fix the issue. I know this is a issue as I have read most all the posts.

Just wondering if there is any updated info on this topic?
