The steps count on my Charge 3 keeps freezing, i have to keep pressing on the side buttons, syncing it with my phone and pressing the screen and sometimes I have to restart it, for it to start counting my steps!

Sometimes this happens several times within the hour...its really annoying!

What do I do?
