Hi, I've tried the long restart, restarting, rebooting my device and changing the clock faces. But I now have 2 black lines running across the screen. How do I get rid of these please?

I am having the same issue. I have to black lines going through the top of the screen horizontally. I have tried doing a short restart, but that hasnt fixed the issue.
