Hi, since the firmware update, my call notifications always give the same name, no matter who is calling!!
anyone else have this issue? Any solutions?

Fitbit customer support suggests a few things but it doesn’t work..What phone do you have? Mine is Samsung Galaxy S6 edge.

Fitbit Support ask me to unpair then pair, reset tracker, but doesn’t work. Still having this problem.

I believe I finally fixed it. I went into app and turned off the phone and text options and then turned them back on. Had my daughter call me, and it was correct. I'm hoping it lasts.

We're having the same problem with calls. Tried rebooting the Fitbit, tried other things suggested here, nothing works. Samsung Galaxy S7.

I have a Google pixel phone and I have the same problem... Tried many things that have been suggested but still no luck

Any fixes found yet? I have an Galaxy S8 and have the same problem. I have reset my charge 2, reset permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled after unpairing and repairing the device from my account and phone. After a hard reset it recognizes the first caller and only uses them from there on out. I also don't get any text notifications.
