After update, calls on tracker displays wrong caller. It displays last answered caller. I've reset the tracker, uninstall/reinstall app.

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. I'm aware that you're receiving notifications, however, the troubleshooting steps that are specified in such help article can be really helpful for this caller ID situation.

I have tried all the troubleshooting tips to no avail. I also have the issue with text messages only displaying the senders name and not the message. Please help!
I'm having the exact same problem. Text message only showing sender and calls showing the id is someone else.
The text issue started first and I have tried all the trouble shooting steps for activating notifications. The caller ID issue started today. I have a pixel3.
Best AnswerI also have the same problem after the fitbit app got updated. Fitbit notification was working perfectly before the app update. I'm using Samsung S8. I also have the issue with text messages only displaying the senders name and not the message where it used to before the update.

I have the same with Samsung A3 2017 and Alta. Really annoying and cant find any solution, have to turn notifications off! Use for business so a real nuisance.
Same, Galaxy 7. Wrong id or number for calls. Estimated fix timelines? Looks like it's been going on for awhile.
