After update, calls on tracker displays wrong caller. It displays last answered caller. I've reset the tracker, uninstall/reinstall app.

RicardoFitbit,
I have had the same issue with my Charge 2. All my calls come in with the same name. I tried everything that has been posted on the forum only to have NO success...Hopefully this will get resolved. This is just unacceptable. I bought my Grandson for a gift and not sure I will give it to him at this point...

Is there a way to install the previous release (before 22.58.00); wife and I are having short battery life and wrong caller ids on charge 2 since last release.

Mine isn't working either. I have a Samsung S9.
My display always shows the last person that called not the current one.

Seems that no one is listening since the moderator hasn't responded in over a month. Maybe it's time to switch and get rid of the Fitbits!

It is frustrating as it has been over a few months now and Fitbit still has not resolve the issue. The update should improve the app instead of making it worsen.

I am also having the same issue. I have to uninstall app and reinstall and it works for a few times and then stops working. Also my call notifications drop off for no reason. Just had a call come in (phones was 3 inches away) and my Charge 2 didn't notify me a call was coming in. All notifications are on and should be getting them. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
