Caller ID not Working

Hi All,

for some trasom my caller ID stopped Working on my Charge 2. I have tried to reboot my fit bit, removed from profile and out back on but the problem persists. Strange as IT syncs ok and vibrates when I linked with my phone. No messages or calls are showing. I have also checked all settings reassuring phone and Fitbit are set

correctly. Has anyone got an advise fro me what to do next ?

@Ursula141 since your asking about an issue with your phone it would be helpful to know whay type of phone you have.

Hi Rich, i have iPhone 6s. All Settings seam to be set ok. Notifications worked before just for some reason don’t work now. I’ve double checked in my iPhone settings now and all are in green.

Have you resolved your issue? Mine started doing that today. I can't see texts or phone calls.
