Before putting on my Fitbit and becoming active I have noticed that there is already 577 calories that I have burned prior to doing anything. Can this be fixed?

Those are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive.  Fitbit credits those even when you are not wearing the tracker.

See How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
