So I have a charge 2 that I have really enjoyed using for sleep tracking and calorie burn. I was wondering though how accurate it is? Also if I’m trying to gain mass so should I be trying to intake that amount of calories to keep my body from storming fat? I was hoping some of y’all could help me out on that. Thanks

Hi @JPuffenbarger,

If you're trying to gain mass, the key is to have a slight (250cal or so) surplus. If the surplus is too large, fat will begin to accumulate. It's a fine line, and a weight scale and measuring tape can help guide you.
