Hello everyone.

So i got a fitbit to help track steps and calories burned. I burned 1000 calories while i slept. My bmr is ridiculous and i dont want to add that into my lose it app because it does not sound very accurate and i dont want to risk gaining weight. So should i take note what calories i start off with and then subtract them at the end of the day? I bought a fit bit solely to track steps and any exercising that i do. I dont care for my bmr.

Im trying hard to lose weight and the fitbit is disappointing

The Charge HR hasn't been in production for well over 2 years. Which tracker did you just buy?
