The last few weeks, my Charge 2 has been showing incredibly high calorie burns for all my exercise when viewed individually in the Exercise section of the app. For example, my morning walk which usually burns around 400 calories, is now showing as burning 1785 calories. The total calories for the day is clearly tallying the correct calorie burn. Is anyone else having this issue and how do I fix it? Thanks!

Hello @RosieMacy thanks for bringing this to my attention and welcome to the Community Forums!
Seems odd that your Fitbit app is showing high calorie burn during your exercises, certainly this is not a common situation. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, with which types of exercises? Are you using an Android or iOS device, and which model? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to restart your device.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi! I finally worked out it had converted all calories to kilojoules for some reason - only in the app though. My fitbit Charge 2 is still showing calories. But I have lost the calories burned tile from the dashboard on my iPhone 7 and I cannot add it back in - it is nowhere to be found! This is the one I use the most on the dashboard so I would really like to have it back.

Thanks for your reply and update @RosieMacy, it's a pleasure to continue assisting you today. My apologies for the delay in responding.
I'm happy to know that your concern was resolved, thanks for your patience with this. To better assist you with the calories burned tile situation, can you please let me know if you have the new dashboard design on your Fitbit app or the previous version? Also, are you using an Android mobile device or iOS? You can check: About the Fitbit app for more information and details.
I'll be here.
