Can't change the clock face on Charge 3

My charge 3 used to have a charge 2 retro type clock at at top, counters on bottom. I changed bands and it pressed something that changed the default to something I can not get rid of. Shows miles at top, counters in the middle, time under that and finally a running counter I can not get rid of.

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. At this time, I'd recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3 by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

In addition, I recommend trying to change the clock face on your Charge 3 by following the steps here: 

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? Note that these are the available clock faces for the Charge 3. 

 

On a side note, I was able to see that you tried to contact our Support Team, but your chat got disconnected.
