I just bought a new Fitbit charge 2. Did a setup with a code sent to me. Now screen is totally blank. Can’t get out of app,can’t unpair. I need to unpair to change to my old tracker watch. What can I do now?

Did you remove the old form Bluetooth on your phone?
Are they in the same room? Remove one of them as they do interfere
