Can’t change tracker now!!!!

I just bought a new Fitbit charge 2. Did a setup with a code sent to me. Now screen is totally blank. Can’t get out of app,can’t unpair. I need to unpair to change to my old tracker watch. What can I do now?

Did you remove the old form Bluetooth on your phone?

 

Are they in the same room? Remove one of them as they do interfere

Hi,

I’ve just bought a charge 2 and it’s not working I’m able to retrieve the setup code but after than the screen just went blank. Charge for almost 3 hours and batt went flat after plucking out the charging adaptor. Give up and wanted to use back my oil tracker watch but was prompt to syn the Fitbit before changing back to the old watch. Unable to do so cos fitbit isn’t working. Few questions:
When I remove charge 2 from the Fitbit app,does that mean that I have unpair the Fitbit to the app?
And when I log out, does that mean that I no longer have the account link to the watch?
