Just did a seven day cruise with my FitBit. To sync data from your FitBit requires an internet connection so you will have to take your phone or tablet with you to a WiFi hotspot if you don't have shipboard internet. Without shipboard internet, keeping it set to ship time may be difficult depending on your ports of call. If ship movement is easily felt it may not record your sleep because the ship movement makes it think you are awake as you gently rock laying in bed.
