My Fitbit charge 3 isn't connecting to my phone. The time is wrong and am not getting any notifications.

Doesn't seem like Fitbit support have any idea what is wrong. Just keeps asking me to restart the Fitbit or restart the phone. It's not an issue with the phone if the clock on Fitbit goes 1 hour slower every 12 hours!
I bought the Fitbit Dec 2018 and had an issue Oct 2019. Got the replacement but broken again after just 3 months and conveniently past the original warrantee.
There is very little use of this fitness tracker if it can't even sync with the phone or keep the time.

Having same problem have reset before and is ok for a while then get same issues

Another thing is that it seems like the hard reset isn't working either. While charging, if I try to hold the button down, it just vibrate several times like it has been pressed on multiple times.

I have only got this as a replacement 3 months ago and now it's past the original warrantee. All a bit unreliable from my experience so far.

Very unreliable especially since the premium service which you have to pay for was added
