I just got my Charge 4, so I’m learning. I just got back from a walk and can’t find my step count anywhere. Where do I find step information? Thanks!

Hello @Smilemonkey 

I’m assuming you want to see your step count directly on your Charge 4. Just swipe up on the clock face of your Charge 4 to see all your daily stats.

 There’s a lot of different information and a long to learn using your Charge 4 so I thought it would be helpful to provide this link to the User Manual for the Charge 4 so you’ll always have it handy here: https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_charge_4_en_US.pdf

 

If you want to find your step count on the Fitbit App just log in and it should be displayed on the today page of the App. If it’s missing for some reason just tap the edit button just under the message icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Now scroll down and find steps then tap it. When you are done just scroll back to the top of your screen and tap done. Now your steps should be showing and available to see.
