I had  charge 2 that finally died. Decided to get a charge 3 and now I can't read the screen.  I have put it on every setting and hard restarted it.  I for sure can't see it outside and it's hit or miss inside.  Is there an update that is available to make it brighter?  I see it's a common problem.

Check you are not in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
