For about 2 months now I have had no notifications from phone to fitbit. It DOES show me an incoming phonecall though so I know it is capable! I have done all the usual - restarting phone (as advised on the notifications page on the app), switching off Bluetooth and closing app before starting both again. To no avail. This is not the first time, has been an ongoing issue since my first fitbit although this is the longest single time. Honestly, my husbands cheap Honor band is more reliable than this!
I have an android phone and I have the most recent updates on both phone and fitbit.
Is anyone able to help? I'd rather not factory reset as it's just so much time and hassle! Thanks.

Huawei p20 pro and yes. It has worked before but never consistently.

I have the exact same problem and have the same phone. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. The notifications then work for a week/2 weeks max and then just stop working. I have given up now as it's just a pain to keep on unistalling the app just to reinstall.
