I had problems with synchronising and getting messages on my Charge 3 so tried to restart, update app and device. As it didn’t help I removed it from the App but now I cannot set it again. I switched Charge 3 and tried to restart again but cannot pair it on IPhone 11. It says found the tracker but can’t connect. It also doesn’t show me 4number code to put in neither on the Charge nor on the App. Any help please? Thank you

If you can't set up after the restart, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account. Try setting up your device again.
Troubleshooting
On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth.
Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
Find the option to forget the device.
