I am so disgusted with fitbit ! I can not setup my charge 3 or sync it, neither with my PC or smartphone. Very disappointed the app takes ages to load and nothing works.

You don't mention which phone or computer you have nor their specifications. The more information you provide the better I can assist you. Still I suggest you try the following:

Thanx for the response.
My phone is a Huawei P30 lite and my PC is a HP Pavilion.
The Fitbit app is really not great on android. With my previous Iphone 6s it was very very smooth with no hassles.
It shows no error messages it just doesnt connect and setup.
