My Charge 4 would not sync, so started going thru the troubleshooting process, rebooted the Fitbit, rebooted the phone, turned the bluetooth off and on, then uninstalled the app and reinstalled, then remove the charge 4 and tried to re-add and now it's get to the enter code for install and I enter the code from my fitbit but that's as far as it goes, I just keep seeing the same error accross my charge 4 while trying to connect, Download or update fitbit app to setup. I've been trying for hours and days and nothing work, please help.
Update: Problem solved, on my fitbit I went to Settings, About and then Clear User Data - It does a hard reset of the fitbit, once that was done I was able to re-link my fitbit charge 4.
