Can't setup replacement Charge 2

Well got my 2nd replacement today for the charge 2 and it also it’s stuck on the setup screen and will not do anything.  The audacity of this company to know their firmware update damaged the charge 2 and not help the consumer in any way is upsetting    Sending faulty devices is doing literally nothing besides pissing off their consumer more.

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2. Do you get any error message on the app? Could you share a screenshot? Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
