The exercise app is still going and I cannot switch it off. I have check the other links on here but the suggestions are not working.
I have tapped it once , then twice. I tried this several times with different hold times. When I press for too long the notification bar come on. It's really frustrating and I have no idea how to turn if off

Thanks for your help, Lizzy. I think that the issue was not tapping the button lightly enough. A hold/click seemed to take it to the screen for settings. So, I'm using a light touch after pausing and it takes me quickly to the finish screen.
Thanks for your help!

Hi @JadeJadeLemonad. Welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 3, as well for trying other suggestions to stop the exercise mode. Just to confirm, about having tapped it, do you refer to the button or the screen?
If you tap on the screen, the stats will be displayed. However, to pause an activity you need to press the button once. Then, to end your workout, press the button once again and tap Finish. If you've not done this, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
Keep me posted.

I had the same issue with my two day old Charge 3 (the finish feature worked yesterday, but not this morning). When I pressed the button as the screen instructs (after the exercise is paused), the screen goes to the "Screen --Notification" screen, rather than finishing the exercise. I had to remove the Fitbit from my arm and try several times of pressing the button before it would finally go to the finish screen.
Any suggestions? This glitch repeated for the three different exercise sessions I performed this morning. Thanks for the help.

Hi @tesolmary. Welcome ! It's nice to see a new member around.
Thanks for sharing detailed information about this situation, as well for your efforts while working on this prior posting. To work on this together, let me share that when you're done with your exercise, press the button to pause the tracking, and then you'll need to press the button one more time without holding it so you can get the finish screen and not the quick settings. Then, tap Finish and swipe up to see your workout summary.
Now, if you're being prompted with the quick settings, without holding the button, I'd recommend to restart it so we can refresh its performance.
Give it a try and keep me posted!

I had issues not being able to turn it off, too! The tapping lightly helped though!!! Thanks so much!
