Hey I'm just having some issues at the moment, had the fitbit set up on my old phone lost it found it while moving but now I can't connect it to my new one. I have plugged it into both wall and the computer tried holding for 4 seconds and it comes up with the fitbit logo with the code 22.58.00 I have uninstalled the app reinstalled and still can't get anything my phone can fine the charge 2 in blue tooth but I can't get it to pair directly. Mainly as I read to get into pairing mode you hold down the button for 4 seconds while charging tried this and pairing from the phone and still nothing. I just don't know what else I can do any help would be amazing

Hi @Wilkie87 the numbers you see when restarting the device are the current firmware for your device. You're up to date.
